Our hourly rate starts at £18, which includes our company fee. We charge more in some areas to cover the cleaners’ higher hourly rate.

Ensuring the right amount of time for you and your requirements is essential. If you’re unsure about the duration needed, we’re here to assist during our initial visit to your home.
Preparing for Cleaning: It may seem counterintuitive, but there’s no need to clean before your cleaner arrives—you’d be surprised how many people do! We do recommend keeping your house tidy and performing basic maintenance cleaning between visits. This allows your cleaner to focus on a detailed clean rather than washing up, tidying toys, picking up clothes, and so on.
Consistency: You’ll have the same cleaner visiting your home on the same day each week, providing a reliable and familiar service.
Customization: The cleaning will be tailored to your preferences and priorities. Whether you need a deep clean of the bathrooms, thorough dusting of surfaces, or vacuuming of floors, the service will be personalized to suit your needs and this is flexible from week to week.

Additionally, we’ll check in again after 4 or 5 cleans, by which time we expect your cleaner to have settled into a comfortable routine.
