How much does your service cost?
Our rate starts at £18 p/h: Area & Price

Do you provide a weekly cleaning service?
Yes, our weekly cleaning services is the most popular service we offer.
Do you provide a fortnightly cleaning service?
Yes, our fortnightly cleaning service is a niche service that benifits smaller households.
Do you provide a one off cleaning service?
No. Sorry we are not currently offering this service.
How do you select your cleaners?
We interview prospective cleaners in their home. As part of our strict vetting procedure we then take up two references to check that they are experienced, reliable and trustworthy. We will only approve a cleaner to work in your home if we are 100% happy with them and the references they have provided.
How do you select the right cleaner for me?
We arrange a visit to your home to ascertain your specific requirements and then we will match you with a local cleaner whom we feel will best suit your needs.
Why is a home visit needed before the cleaning starts?
A home visit is essential to ensure we fully understand your cleaning needs and preferences. This allows us to discuss your priorities, specific areas of focus, and any special instructions. It also helps us match you with the right cleaner and tailor our services to provide the highest quality cleaning. Additionally, the home visit gives you an opportunity to ask questions and get to know our process, ensuring your complete satisfaction from the very start.
We also have a duty of care to our cleaners to make sure they are entering a safe working environment.
How long will it take to arrange a cleaner for me?
We will arrange a cleaner for you within a few days (subject to availability) and your first clean is usually within 7 to 10 days.
Do I get to meet the cleaner before they start?
Yes, if you want to meet the cleaner before the first cleaning session, we can arrange it for you.
Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes.
If my regular cleaner is unwell or on holiday will you provide a cover cleaner?
Yes. Just let us know and we will arrange an alternative cleaner (subject to availability.)
Can I change my cleaner if I am not satisfied?
Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your cleaner, just let us know and we will replace them.
Can I choose the day of my clean?
Yes. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but if we can’t we will offer you an alternative.
Do I need to be at home when the cleaner cleans?
No, most of our clients give the cleaner a key. Your property’s security is very important to us, so your key will stay with your regular cleaner.
Do I need to provide the cleaning materials and equipment?
Yes, clients need to provide their own cleaning materials and equipment. This ensures the products used are safe for your home and family, reduces costs, and allows for the use of preferred or eco-friendly options
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, all our cleaners are covered by public liability insurance
Is there a contract to sign?
Yes, our contract is a three month term.
