Job Descriptons:

At J Foster Ltd, the majority of our work focuses on residential house cleaning, but we also provide cleaning services for a small number of offices.

Domestic Cleaner

Regular Weekly Cleaner – Cleaning the same client’s homes each week, with occasional cover for holidays or sickness.

As a Domestic Cleaner, you will be responsible for delivering a consistently high standard of cleaning within the allocated time for each property. You will be assigned regular clients and will clean the same homes each week, allowing you to build familiarity, trust, and consistency. From time to time, you may also be asked to provide cover for holidays or sickness. Reliable transportation is essential, as you will be required to travel independently to each client’s home.

Cover Cleaner

Cover / Relief Cleaner Only – Providing cover for holidays and sickness only. No regular weekly clients.

As a Cover Cleaner, you will step in when our regular cleaners are on holiday or off sick. You’ll work across a variety of homes, providing the same high standard of cleaning our clients expect. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, adaptable, and confident walking into new properties.

You won’t have a fixed weekly round, so each day may involve different homes and locations. Reliable transportation is essential, as you’ll need to travel independently between jobs.

In parallel, we also visit each client’s home before assigning a cleaner, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for both our clients and cleaners. This approach provides peace of mind for everyone involved, as it reflects our commitment to trust and quality in our services.
